Charly Arnolt
Charly Arnolt (born July 14, 1987) is an American sports broadcaster and television host for ESPN. [2][3][4] She's best recognized for her time as an announcer and sportscaster for WWE from 2016 until 2021, when she appeared under the name of the ring Charly Caruso. She is currently a host moderator as well as a backup host for ESPN's First Take. Arnolt was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is Italian American. As a child, Arnolt fell in love with sports, and she began playing volleyball, softball, and gymnastics. While she had always hoped to become a gymnast at the Olympics but injuries forced her to give up the idea. She also was keen to play volleyball on the level of collegiate competition, however her height made it difficult for her to playing. In 2010 she joined WSAZ-TV Huntington as a reporter. Following that she went back to Indianapolis to work as a freelance journalist at WXIN Fox 59. In 2011, she was employed by WDAF TV Fox 4 in Kansas City, Missouri. where she worked for about two years. She returned to WXIN as an anchor and sports reporter in 2014.
