Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC (born March 4, 1954), is a Canadian-American actor and comedian. O'Hara is the proud recipient of many awards, including a Genie Award. She was appointed as an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2018 and was awarded the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award in 2020. O'Hara was first recognized for her acting in the year 1974, while she was a part of The Second City in Toronto. Together with John Candy and Dan Aykroyd, she was part the main ensemble of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara, Candy, and Dan Aykroyd started work on Second City Television's sketch comedy series (1976-1984). O'Hara received praise for her comic writing and acting skills which earned her an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writer for the Variety Series in 1982. O'Hara was named to the Second City artistic advisory panel in 2022 by Stephen Colbert. Also included were Dwayne Colbert (Steve Carell), Tina Fey and Keegan Michael Key, and Jane Lynch, Tim Meadows.
